Set the time segment information

POST
/op/v2/device/scheduler/enable
Set the time segment information of the timing mode
2025-12-25: Add the parameter extraParamDefaultValueSwitch, and make the parameters in extraParam optional (non-mandatory).
Supported value ranges and enums for the scheduling parameters (work mode and extra parameters) vary by device model. Query the Get interface first, and set values based on the properties returned in its response (per-field enumList and range).
